Quality Crown Hotels is a group of 4 star central London hotels owned by the London Town Hotels Group (LTH).

The ‘Quality’ brand is owned by Choice Hotels International. Our client had 3 hotels in central London that were part of the ‘Quality’ brand however were 4 star hotels and more up-market than the brand would suggest. ‘Quality Crown’ was created to communicate the 4 Star hotel offering. Purple Chair designed new, modern leaflets for the Quality Crown Hotels, keeping within the brand guidelines of the ‘Quality’ brand. The new design was translated to the website, exhibition stands, customer surveys, business cards and more.
A modern, contemporary brand that resonated with the clients of the 4 star Quality Crown Hotels and resulted in the hotels being correctly positioned within the market place. The upscale branding created more consumer confidence and therefore an increase in bookings and revenue.
(The hotels have since been re-branded as Mercure Hotels.)
